Mechanism of Action of Combigan eye drops:

Brimonidine comes under the classification of alpha-adrenergic receptor agonist (primarily alpha-2) drugs that acts in two ways, initially by dropping down aqueous humor production and secondly giving an increase in the uveoscleral outflow. This action further gives the result in the form of decreased eye liquid and gives enhanced eyesight.
